Introducing JD Shore Canadian Cream Rum

We are so excited to introduce our new cream rum. Our Rum Cream is made with our barrel aged J.D. Shore Rum, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, and cream. The enjoyment of this spirit has endless possibilities. Boozy coffee, cocktail concoctions, or simply over ice. Try a drizzle over your porridge. The sky’s the limit!

Building on the tradition of four generations we’re an independent distillery using a small-batch copper still to make a selection of fine spirits right here on the Halifax Waterfront!
